At Cheltenham Reflexology & Massage, our therapists love combining two or even three treatments in a single appointment to offer a truly personalised experience. This approach allows us to use a range of therapies tailored specifically to your needs.

Our most popular combination? The ‘Mix and Match’ – 45 minutes of reflexology followed by 45 minutes of back, neck, and shoulder massage. It’s the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation!

Massage is provided on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face and upper arms.  Lower arms and hands can also be included if you wish, just mention this at your appointment.

Mix and Match (90mins)

90 minutes of therapeutic treatment, designed just for you. A 45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by 45 minutes of relaxing reflexology. ​

Deluxe Stress Buster (3 hours)

Choose 2 or 3 treatments from a back, neck and shoulder massage, reflexology and a facial treatment. During your 3 hour retreat you will have a comfort break. You will be offered a hot drink to enjoy whilst soaking your feet in an Epsom salt foot spa. 

*Add additional hot stones for £5 extra

Stress Buster (2 hours)

Take time to re-charge with the Stress Buster treatment. Choose from a back massage, reflexology or a facial. During your 2 hour treatment you will have a comfort break. You will be offered a hot drink to enjoy whilst soaking your feet in an Epsom salt foot spa. You will then experience your second treatment choice.

Ultimate Back and Face Treatment (90mins)

Start with a 30 minute back massage and then follow with a customised 60 minute facial treatment, to include cleansing, exfoliation, mask application and uplifting and rejuvenating facial massage.

Purifying and De-stressing Back Treatment (50min or 90 mins)

Experience deep cleansing and exfoliation of the skin on your back, followed by the application of hot towels. Then, relax with a back, neck and shoulder massage. 

*Add a nourishing or purifying mask and then relax for a further 10 minutes. (+£10)

Hormonal Balance Therapy Treatment (75 mins)

Relax with us as we offer calming massage that stretches your body's connective tissue and muscles, as well as calming your nervous and hormonal systems and gently stimulating lymphatic flow. We will choose from a wide range of essential oils that match your needs, examples of which are balancing sage or geranium, calming Lavender or Sandalwood or uplifting sweet orange and bergamot.
You will also receive foot reflexology that will focus on hormonal balancing, relaxation and nurturing.

Acupuncture & Reflexology Fusion Treatment (90 mins)

Enjoy a deeply relaxing combination of acupuncture and soothing foot reflexology. Carefully selected acupuncture points will be used according to your individual needs, while reflexology works through the feet to encourage relaxation and help bring the whole body into a calmer, more balanced state.

Your reflexology treatment will be tailored to your needs, with particular attention given to relaxation, stress, sleep and overall wellbeing. 

A nurturing treatment for anyone who would like to experience the benefits of acupuncture alongside the deeply relaxing qualities of reflexology.

Auricular Acupuncture & Reflexology Fusion Treatment (70 mins)

Experience the gentle combination of auricular acupuncture and soothing foot reflexology. Small acupuncture needles are placed at carefully selected points on the ear, while reflexology is used to encourage deep relaxation and support your overall sense of wellbeing.

This treatment is particularly suited to those wanting support with stress, anxiety, relaxation, sleep and hormonal wellbeing. Your reflexology treatment will be tailored to your individual needs, creating a calming and nurturing experience from beginning to end.

Acupuncture & Massage Fusion Treatment (90 mins)

Relax and unwind with a deeply personalised treatment combining therapeutic massage with acupuncture. We will use massage to work with areas of muscular tension and tightness, while carefully selected acupuncture points can be used to support relaxation, ease tension and encourage your body's natural healing processes.

Your treatment will be tailored to what you need on the day, with the balance of massage and acupuncture adapted to suit you. We may also incorporate essential oils to enhance your experience (if you opt for the aromatherapy treatment).
