🎁 Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity & Expiry

   • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, unused value is forfeited and the voucher becomes invalid.

2. Redemption

   • Redeemable for services or products as specified on the voucher. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward purchasing another voucher.

3. Change or Refund Policy

   • Vouchers are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within the legal “cooling-off” period (14 days from purchase, only for online orders), the voucher may be cancelled if unused.

4. Part‑Use / Top‑Up

   • If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the treatment or product, no change will be given. The remaining balance can be used in a future booking.

5. Redemption Conditions

   • Appointment booking must be made within the validity period. Failure to attend or late cancellation (within 48 hours) will mean that the voucher has been used to pay for the treatment in full.

6. Transferability

   • Vouchers are not transferable.  

7. Liability & Fraud

   • Vouchers remain the property of the issuer until redeemed. Our business may refuse to honour vouchers if suspected of fraud

8. Additional

   • No promotional offers or discounts may be combined with voucher use unless explicitly allowed.
