My second time seeing Kate for a pregnancy massage. Kate always asks what areas to focus on which is really helpful and this doesn't eat into the massage time.
The massage is firm targeting key areas which a day or two after I feel a noticeable difference beyond any massage I've had before.
Kate is really knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable.
Will be returning and continue to book regular sessions

Kerry is knowledgeable and brilliant, with a wonderful calm manner. When I was diagnosed with lymphoedema I felt my life had caved in. Kerry's lymphatic drainage massage has made infinite difference and it has given me hope that I can live with this.

Had an incredible facial with Kate she listened to all my skin concerns and then did a facial tailored to my needs. I not only was the experience so relaxing but my skin felt so much better after the appointment thank you so much!

I went for a Swedish massage and mentioned to Kate that I have a pain in my shoulder which was there for few months, Kate with her skilled hands did a great job to relief the pain and ease the muscles in my shoulder. It was a great experince and will def be back.

My daughter gifted me a reflexology session that I had recently with the lovely Lucy. I hadn't expected it to be quite so powerful! I have now had a number of massages from Lucy and cannot rate her highly enough. She creates a relaxing and calm atmosphere and adapts the treatment to my needs.

A fabulous massage! My back gets really sore from working at a desk, but Lucy worked wonders on my back and shoulders. No more soreness, aches, or tightness - I feel so much better now!

My first experience of this particular therapy. I felt the benefit in my legs almost immediately! They no longer felt heavy as they had done before. Aside from the benefits, it was also a good massage.

Oh my goodness the 2 hour stress buster was lovely! Lucy wad so fantastic and I was unbelievably relaxed, the hot chocolate was delicious and I think I might have fallen asleep at one point! I will definitely be rebooking soon, thank you!

A truly relaxing session. Lucy was amazing, she found knots I didn't know I had. I came away feeling like I was on cloud 9. Booked again for another session.

This was my fourth visit to Reflexology and Massage in Cheltenham. Once again Lucy preformed miracles on my back, neck and legs. Sorting out the numerous "knots" in my muscles that formed since my previous visit 4 months ago.

I am ten days post lymph node removal following cancer surgery and booked in to see Kerry for a lymphatic drainage massage. She immediately made me feel safe and secure, she very gently worked around my scars and helped remove some puffiness from my arms especially. She also helped me relax my shoulder and just made me feel more comfortable and relaxed than I have felt in months.

I’d really recommend this treatment post surgery but also wish I’d thought to before surgery to be in the best possible condition going in!

Have booked in for my next two appointments and really think it is helping my physical and mental health recovery ❤️‍🩹. Thanks Kerry.
